SNP-32D is mainly used for buckling processing for high pressure rubber hose assembly in the mechanical engineering. The machine has better performance to crimping the hose assemblies which has big force power, low noise, and operation easily. The buckling amount can be precise adjusted through a scale. It makes the mould base division to be more even through the double inclined plane eight-flap mould seat equipped with a high accuracy guiding device.
There are 13 sets standard deis comes together with the machines, and we develop the quick change tools for the install and unload the Dies, it will save your working time to assemble different size for the hose and fittings.
Besides, under all the configuration of this crimping machine 32D, this crimping tool can assemble the hose up to 2 inch of 6 steel wire hydraulic hose, and the hose assembly effect from it is perfect.
