1.Rubber Mixing Center

The process begins with the preparation of the rubber compound. Various ingredients, including natural or synthetic rubber, fillers, plasticize, and curing agents, are mixed to create a homogeneous compound with the desired properties. Our automatic mixer with PLC is an innovative equipment in the industry that is capable of fully automated work and keeps output weight tolerances to within 0.2 grams, which gives us confidence that the rubber we use is the best quality in the industry.

2.Pre-production Tests

Before the mixed rubber put into production, it is hugely essential to test each batch meticulously along with steel wires with procedures for the properties:
•Hardness: We strictly require the inner hose rubber to reach a Shore A hardness of 85 or above, Shore A 65-72 for outside rubber, and Shore A 80-85 for middle rubber.
•Tensile: Each batch of rubber and steel wire should be tested for high tensile. 12 Mpa for inner hose rubber, 8 Mpa for outside rubber, and 16 Mpa for middle rubber. The tensilbe tolerance of steel wires must be under 1%, to assure the working pressure and burst pressure.
•Adhesion: In our laboratory, we perform vulcanization on inner tube rubber and outer rubber with steel wire reinforcement. We then test the adhesion between the rubber and the steel wire to ensure the steel wire does not separate from the rubber.
•Simulated Vulcanization: We take samples from each batch of mixed rubber and perform vulcanization in the laboratory to obtain data—a curve. This curve, displayed on the computer, indicates the properties of the rubber at different time points. Through this experiment, we can ensure that the rubber remains within controllable parameters during actual vulcanization.

3.Steel wire joint

The steel wire or textile fibre used as the reinforcement layer in hydraulic hoses plays a decisive role in the quality of the hoses. At our production center, we utilize high-speed stranding machines from Germany to strand the raw material steel wire or fabric. Unlike the mainstream traditional machines used in the industry, our advanced stranding machines ensure that each strand of wire is perfectly equal in length. This means there are no splices in the steel wires within each hydraulic hose, preventing the rubber from being pushed through the hose during use. This common issue often leads to hose leakage.

4.Extrusion

Extruding the inner rubber is a critical process, so we handle it with great care. Regularly replacing the mandrels ensures that the inner diameter of the extruded hose meets the required specifications. The well-tested rubber, along with the mandrel, is fed into the extruder. we adopted the cold feding extruder, lower temperature will not change the rubber physical form， At the same time, a laser device used to detect concentricity ensures that the wall thickness of the hose is consistent， after extruding, we designed the extremely fast water circulation cooling system，it can help the rubber tube cool down quickly and maintain better shape.

5.Reinforcement Layering

After the initial extrusion, the hose undergoes reinforcement layering. High-strength materials such as steel wire or textile fibers are braided or spiraled around the extruded rubber tube. The steel wires are placed on the braiding machine, where the machine automatically braids them according to the design requirements. We used the high speed braiding and spiral machine with Germany technology, the whole group equipment controlled be PLC, we can check each braiding and spiral process from the screen, if there are any braiding or spiral error, the alarm system will warn us , it will 100% reduce the unqualified hoses. Besides, the braiding process utilizes either parallel or spiral techniques to interlace multiple strands of steel wires together at specific densities and structures. This creates a reinforcement layer with extremely high tensile strength and durability.

6.Cloth Wrapped or Plastic Cover

After extrude the outside rubber tube and before vulcanization, we need to wrapping the cloth tape or extrude the plastic tube over the outside tube, Apply a certain amount of pressure to the outer rubber layer to ensure tight fit between the layers of the hose and prevent defects such as bubbles and delamination. During the whole wrapping and dis-wrapping, we all used the PLC controlled system.

7.Vulcanization

The hose is then subjected to a vulcanization process, which involves heating the hose in a controlled environment. This heat treatment causes the rubber to cure, enhancing its elasticity, strength, and durability. Vulcanization ensures that the hose can maintain its shape and resist defo
