SNP-S10 is our company reference model type hose skiving machine, This Skiving machine is the equipment to peel off the outer rubber cover at the end of the hydraulic hoses before settle the crimping fittings when we making the hydraulic hose assemblies. For general high pressure applications, the inner tube of the hydraulic hose also maybe skived to make the hose ferrule and fittings bite the steel wire reinforce layers of the hydraulic hose.
Using this specialized skiving machine with the externally rotating device, the tooling cuts and ten peels the outer carcass. The peeling process are efficient which take 30-40 seconds generally.
